Your 14-day trial runs on Team, no card required. Choose Solo or Team when it ends. Sovereign is designed for FINMA-regulated environments with customer-controlled infrastructure and data flows.
Signing up means you accept the General Terms and the Tessa Cloud Service Terms. Everything your team creates stays yours and can be exported at any time, free of charge: Your data.

Questions about pricing.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes. CHF 25 for Solo and CHF 480 for Team are per month and include VAT. Prices apply per organisation and are billed monthly.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial runs on the Team plan for 14 days without a card. When it ends, choose Solo or Team and add your card in the billing portal; from then on your organisation is billed monthly. Without a card, nothing is charged.
What is a parallel run?
Runs that execute at the same time across your executors and devices, for example a test plan spread over several phones. Solo runs one at a time; Team, Enterprise, and Sovereign have no limit.
Do we need our own AI provider key?
Yes. Every plan runs on your own API key for a supported AI provider, for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or OpenRouter. AI usage is billed by your provider, not by us; Tessa has no credits and no run limits.
We are more than six people. Which plan?
Enterprise: custom seats, unlimited projects, enterprise SSO, and a cloud device fleet on request, hosted by us in the EU or in Switzerland. If you prefer to run Tessa yourself, Tessa Sovereign is self-hosted with unlimited seats and projects. Both are priced on request.
Where is Tessa hosted?
Solo and Team are hosted in the EU and operated by Ernst & Conte. Enterprise can be hosted in the EU or in Switzerland. Tessa Sovereign runs in your own infrastructure with Docker or Kubernetes.
How do we pay and cancel?
By card via Stripe, billed monthly. You can cancel any time in the billing portal.
