Legal

This page lists every contract and legal document for our online services, currently Tessa Cloud. Each document carries a version number in the form of a date. A document’s address always shows the current version; every earlier version stays permanently available at its own address. The German version is binding; the English version is a courtesy translation.

In case of conflict, an individually agreed order form takes precedence over the service terms, and the service terms over the General Terms. On data protection questions the Data Processing Agreement prevails over every other document.
